Any body gone or get drawn prior? Just got my notice today that i did, was there deer hunting last year in Nov. I am familiar with area just dont know where they may be shooting.

What was your stand number? We were on the first field, and only shot at 4 birds all day. We knocked down 2 of them, but the other 3 groups I talked to didn't shoot any birds.

I was on stand 3 on the first field. Shot four times. No birds. Very disappointing.

So is Portland the best place the state can come up with for a dove hunt ?????

I don’t know but whoever it was hunting across the river from where we were was wearing them out.

stand 14 shot twice 1st field, across the river reminded me of scenes in hamburger hill with all the shooting, granted we DID get an email stating the birds were NOT there in good numbers and we could opt out and not be banned for not showing up

You're right, they warned us ahead of time, and it was WW3 on the other side of the river. I kept hoping some would fly our way.
