Need to get several loads of gravel delivered to Shoal Creek valley east of Ashville (could come out of Ashville, Pell City, or Rainbow city area) Any recomendations before I turn to google? You guys have not led me astray yet.

Bedwell & Whorton. They have a chert pit (or used to) right there close to Perimeter Creek, your area. From there they would come from Alexandria or Glencoe I guess.

Madison material in Brooksville is supposedly the cheapest. I'm actually at Alabama Wholesale Stone in Oneonta right now and that's who they use for their parking lot.

I had a guy deliver 5 tons to my cabin on Friday for $130 total. I have no idea whether that was a good or a bad price. It was crusher run.

5 tons of anything for $130 can't be that bad.

We see perry from time to time when he gets some screened dirt. Pat seems to be doing a lot better. Ain't seen him in about 3 weeks though.
