I see that Bear Bryant's old 1970 houseboat is for sale in Arkansas. If the price was cheap, someone could spend a million and restore it.

Drydocked, aka: laying in a field by the river. So you reckon the guy is still living in it?

If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

Why do you need bulletproof pontoons? I guess the seller saw the video of the lake hunter and thought it would be a selling point.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I think it's pretty cool. You tools don't like it cause it's linked to tradition. Something AU will never have.

How can you prove it was The Bear’s? I can’t believe it’s not already headed to Tuscaloosa for the river front area near downtown.

That's the reason Harvey Updike hasn't been paying restitution. He's been saving up to buy Bears boat.

I took it that he doesn't mean that literally. I took it like saying a particular motor in a truck is "bullet proof", which means it's a good one.

Bear Bryant is dead. That "boat" is a pile of rotten plywood sitting on maybe $800 worth of scrap aluminum.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Not literally “bullet proof.”

I think the seller is stating that the double wall construction of the pontoons is TOUGH, “bulletproof” in that if you run aground you more than likely won’t puncture the pontoons since they are constructed of 2 layers of aluminum.
