Am I the only one who thinks that video reviews are ruining the game? Now they are trying to implement a computerized strike zone. Seriously? It's a game! Umpires are part of that game. Bad calls happen, so what? Life isn't fair. It makes it more entertaining, Which is the point, right? 99% of the reviews I have seen are so close its hard to tell in super slow motion. Regarding the strike zone, the umpires are pretty dang good they don't miss many and when they do its usually really close.

I get that there is a lot money in it and it's so serious we "want to get it right". Geez, give me a break, it's just a game. If my teams loses because a close call doesn't go their way then dang! We will argue with opposing fans all off season until its time to do it again.

I really think taking reviewing plays and automating a strike zone is terrible for the game. You are taking away from the entertainment.

I agree. It's stupid. I like that they get it right, but it takes WAY too long. It's the same with football. By the time the ref gets to the sideline, upstairs should be telling him "that catch was complete, put the ball on the 21, it's 1st and 10 from there, bye".

When they took it to the level of the LITLLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES...I was just stunned! It is definitely ruining it for me. The call is the call. unless it's a rule...accept it and move on!
