Dang it is hot to be out there, that is a young man's sport. I was hoping you had a good picture of that bad ass otter tho. I wish I had videotaped it. That little dude was bad news.

Question for the dog guys. How many acres do you need to have permission to hunt on, to feel comfortable turning your dogs out? > 1000 acres, 2000 acres, etc. I'm asking because I've got several tracts that may be an option. Also, how far would you travel? Enjoyed the pictures and nice looking dogs! It all depends on the property and the hogs that’s on it. I hunt a place that is 880 acres and you can catch 10 and never see a land line but I use to hunt a property that was 2200 acres and we had trouble keeping the dogs on the property because the hogs run so bad. It all varies. I like to know who the adjoining land owners are and talk to them if the property is smaller than 1000 acres.

An otter is a bad little critter! Lol! I would've though 4 dogs would eventually stretch him though.

Bucket item is seeing dogs go after hogs.

Enjoyed the pictures and nice looking dogs! like bayed up said some are runners, but with alpha collers it shows property lines and you can stop the dogs, usually when we hunt a new place it aint long before the adjoining land owners welcome us as well, if your hogs aint never been run with dogs generally they dont seem to run as far.
