My daddy and grandaddy were both very good the both of them knew things knowbody knows anymore. Daddy fished tounaments but never won but a few small ones and pawpaw refused to fish them...said he didnt like the idea of having to catch fish with money on the line...for our area they were unmatched in their day..id like to fish with them again...id take voice recorders..video cameras..and lots of notes😀

Have fished with almost all these guys. Each of them y'all have mentioned actually have great patience teaching things, and y'all would definitely learn from them. Bill Dance but I dont know that he's a pro or just a TV personality. You know he was one of the first BASS pros back in the day, right? He switched to TV when he saw the more consistent money through sponsorships, teaching and promoting.

Georgia Football..Acts like Bama but has a trophy case like South Carolina.

I talked briefly with Bill in July at the ICAST show in Orlando. He's recovering from heart surgery and his age is catching up with him. He's not sittin' in a rocking chair, though.
