But can you not fish from the bank in the county you reside in without a fishing liscense? I may be totally wrong but i thougbt i read that and swear ive been readin for an hour and cant find the regulation...

I think it was with hook and line, I.e. cane pole. But rod and reel requires license.

Ok..i been tryin to drag my daddy-in-law fishin with me an i cant get the man to go buy a fishin liscense..an thats his excuse.."aint got no liscense" ...i slipped up an found me some bloogals on the bed and i meean a whole buncha gretol bigguns an i believe me an wife just might get up early an go catch all ovem
