Congrats on a job well done. I need to do the same thing but just don't have the will power to hang with it. Any Advise from someone who has been there, done it and has the T Shirt to show it.

you don't know it but most of that "I don't have the will power" talk is the addiction to sugar talking, and I don't mean just candy. I'm talking added sugar in nearly every processed food and many foods that act exactly the same as sugar on the glycemic scale. Sugar is scientifically proven to be 8 times more addictive than cocaine.

Congrats. I just started keto and your story is inspirational. I don't have that much weight to lose but 25 lbs is my goal and hope to reduce blood pressure.

Congrats. I just started keto and your story is inspirational. I don't have that much weight to lose but 25 lbs is my goal and hope to reduce blood pressure. Keto means different things to different people. IT's a great diet when done correctly. Correctly is high quality meats and fresh vegatables,nuts berries,eggs,fish,cheese yogurt. Incorrectly is any meat like hot dogs,bologna, and over cooked vegatables. Both will cause you to lose weight but only one will cure health issues not directly related to weight.

That's one hell of an accomplishment and something to be very proud of. No telling how many years you've added to your life.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I went from a 48-32 jeans to 30-32 jeans in just one year. I did it healthy too without any surgery and without any help from any doctor. I am stronger now than I've ever been, as well as lighter.
