Got a two week lull in work so headed north. Summer plots have gotten water when needed and are doing well. Beans/corn in foreground and 5 way summer mix in closer

This is what the five way mix looks like where the deer have not hammered it.

Im surprised you got mullet to grow as dry as its been. Would have thought theyd need alot of water.

Well my place is low but not enough to grow mullet in summer plots. I will correct to Millet.

Beans are doing pretty good in the areas they are not hammering them.

Less so in the areas they are.

I won't have many pretty pics of chest high canopied beans this year. This is the second year without fencing them and they are really utilizing them.Thank goodness every time they eat a bean down to the stem, in a week there are more tender new leaves.
