So, do they lump spots in with largemouth (as far as that report is concerned) since they're so closely related or no? I know, at least on Lake Tuscaloosa, I catch quite a bit more spots than largmouths
EDIT: Nevermind, just read this: If a particular species is not listed in the advisory, it is prudent to assume similar species with similar feeding habits should be consumed with caution.

Says all of Lake Guntersville is clean. I read a few months ago that parts of the lake was bad. They keep flipping back and forth the last few years that i been watching it. I read it on local news and state news. Sometimes it says in moderation like once a month then it will rarely say none ever. They put signs up along the tenn river a few weeks ago saying dont eat catfish. This was wheeler or downstream i think. Its on facebook....the signs.

Says all of Lake Guntersville is clean. It’s not real clear but I think that refers just to the main body of the lake. If you look at it by creek it says not to consume bass from Town creek
