I don't know what y'all are having but I just ate like a king. Grilled chicken liver, fresh grilled zucchini and fresh tomatoes. I made a butter sauce to drizzle over the livers when they were finished. Whew they'z good.

Man those look great! How did you do the livers?

Never had grilled livers. Gonna have to try that. I had ribs from Robertson’s BBQ in Ralph.

Thanks. After washing them, I put them in a large bowl and coated them with olive oil. I put aluminum foil on the egg and placed them on it. I then put a liberal amount of McCormicks poultry seasoning on them. I flipped them with tongs after about 5-6 minutes. After another 6-8 minutes I removed the foil and put them directly on the grate for 1-2 minutes to sear them. I used about 1/4 cup of lemon juice with 1/2 cup of melted butter, Texas Petes hot sauce and added parsley for the dip. I ate way too much.

Smoked chicken, honey sriracha Brussel sprouts, and a goat cheese arugula orso salad.

3-4 kinds of beans with smoked ground deer, home made barbecue sauce, spices, and deer breakfast sausage mixed in.

We call it Meaty Beanage, and it be awesome.

I will agree on the chitlins and possum, but grits ground the way they sposta be is good eats!!!!

Those looks good Brad, but I'm with Hoggin, I ain't eating any liver. I had to as a kid and I make my own meal choices now.
I had leftover steak out of the fridge. Nuked a tater to go with it.

I would eat them if somebody else cooked them, don’t know if I cold if I did it.

Never had grilled liver, but I’m gonna try some now! That’s looks great Fur! We had New York strips grilled over charcoal, baked taters and sautéed mushrooms.

Too damn hot to be standing over a grill. Went to a local burger joint. Had a burger and about a half gallon of ice tea.

Had breakfast tonight. Last night I fried some turkey nuggets and fries, then my sister in law brought me some red beans and rice. I was miserable.

Nothing close to what all of y'all are eating , but I made a big pot of Lima beans and a pone of buttermilk cornbread, milk to wash it down. I hate my wife and kids are all out of town, I have some rippers for the record books today dangit lol

We ended up frying some slab bream we caught on the river with fries, onion rings, coleslaw and cheese stuffed fried mushrooms. Was amazing
