Little storm blew in and we got 2 3/4" in an hour and a half. We didn't need it at all

Rained me into the office where the cold beer is at.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

The big rain split and missed us but we did get some. We sure needed it and more.

Not a drop here, the wedge is still at work here. Every time a storm heads our way it splits apart and goes around!!

Today is the first day it hasn't stormed at the house in 6 days. We needed a break.

Since first week of May up until last Wednesday I’d had a total of 0.65” of rain at my farm. Lost a corn planting and two different soybean plantings. Last Wednesday evening it rained 1.3” and the following morning you’d have never known it had rained by looking around. I’m hoping for some water this weekend.

Wish it was hunting season.....year round

Or 15 miles southeast to Honeycomb. We finally got enough today to settle the dust.

I was at the shop, in town, when it rained. Didn't get much there. When I got home, 3 miles away, we had 1.1" in the rain gauge. Very thankful for it.

I started baling hay this morning around 10:30. About half way through the long drive chain on the baler broke and got mangled. Luckily we use and sell that size chain at the shop. I had a guy run me 20' to the house, got it replaced and got finished rolling hay about 45 minutes before it started raining.

It rained here today, I don’t have a rain gauge out but the dirt was wet under the trees. Almost all my second crop of corn is laying over.
We’re about a 2 miles Southeast of airport in Meridianville.

You should just go ahead and make a thread tracking the rain you get. I’m always seeing your posts where it missed ya.

But I cover a large area in N bama. Most of my guys are in decent shape moisture wise after getting some random pop ups. We got our fingers crossed that Barry will brings us a general rain where everybody can get it.
