I recently secured a private timberland property on a 10-year lease. Located in Crenshaw County near Brantley. It is a beautiful tract with well-managed timber and a furnished 2BR cabin overlooking 3 ponds. Has never been leased. Limited to 6 members max. Now screening for members with high integrity who want to be part of a strict QDM management program with zero drama. Go to http://wildlifecooperative.com and click Our Properties for photos and details. Then click Apply to Join if you want to explore a membership. Thanks and have a blessed day.

I have some fine deer dogs, is dog running permitted there? If so I’d be interested in trading out some work for a membership. laugh

A friend, the Bible and a banker will get you though about anything.

$4800/member @ 6 members. He also has it listed on AFOA. That's where I saw it.

It sounds like the price is in line with the quality. Good luck. Sounds like it will be a top shelf operation.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I believe the $4800 includes an $800 initiation fee.

More info for those interested:

2 bucks, 3 does, 2 turkeys per membership per year.
Individual memberships only. No family memberships. Family members are considered guests. One hunting guest may accompany member except during member-only days (1st 10 days of the season, 15 days during peak rut).
4.5 years old or older bucks only. Fine for underage buck $500, and you forfeit your 2nd buck for that season. If it's your 2nd buck, you forfeit one of your bucks for the following season.
Injured deer counts toward your 2 buck/3 doe membership total...recovered or not.
4 work days required.

Thanks hunterbuck. The $500 fine applies only if someone shoots a 2.5-year-old or younger buck.

Clem, we will make an exception and give you lifetime armadillo hunting rights. You just can't hunt them over bait. grin
