Found a nest of these and tried to take it down one night and ended up with 2 stings that led to 3 Epinephrine injections and a VERY long 24 hours in the ER. Bad way to find out you're allergic to that type of bug...

That's what I call a Guinea wasp too. Red wasps are obvious and so are yellow jackets and Hornets. But then there is also a wasp that is colored mostly like a yellow jacket but is the size of an average size wasp. What are they called besides @$$0//# wasps?
