Did you save the throats?

I do not save throats these fish to small , I have a old flip phone do not know how to make video or even be able to post, in one of my other post I explained how to clean , easy to do.

Never skinned them like that, seem like a good bite or two of meat missing from them. But good eating now the less.

There is no meat left, rib cage head bones

Saw this method of filleting fish down in Louisiana in May, with speckled trout. Quick, easy, no mess, no loss of meat. Fillets were perfect.

And yep, I'd keep those heads for catfish bait. Smash 'em a little with a foot-stomp to get things flowing, big hook, whammo.
