That is an x13 ECM motor, its not your plain Jane motor, 99% change its not the actual motor that's bad, the control module on those are notorious for going bad. It un bolts and separates from the motor itself. Also not sure how you diagnosed it as being bad, but those motors have 240v all the time to them, the thermostat sends 24v to the module and closes a relay in the module, the first one I came across years ago I thought was bad because I could read 240v but it wasn't running, turns out it wasn't getting the 24v from the thermostat
But if it is the module or motor bad, B&D Electric motors in Bham will be your best bet, they will be cheaper and will sell to you.

Good luck with it, hope this helps yeah, but be glad its an x13 and not an infinate variable motor that cost $900. I just sold the same x13 motor at my garage sale last year for $5. I bought it new off ebay for $60 and tried to retrofit my unit to do away with the $900 infinity motor and found out it can't be done and of course the only thing wrong with it was the module.

i replaced mine with a motor from grainger. It’s been working good for a year now and i saved myself about $175 with what they wanted for the trane motor on eBay. No a/c supply houses will sell to you unless you have a license. Now i didn’t use a trane motor, all the wires on my motor were different from the one on my air handler but my dad sent some pics to his buddies who own an electric motor shop and they told me how to wire it up. It’s been running great for a year.

Got it fixed guys. Thanks for the advice. It Was the motor shaft. It was wore out and wobbling cause it to get in bind and not spin Sounds like bad bearings

Good luck with it, hope this helps FWIW You can remove the module and ohm those motors out as with any 3 phase/ variable speed motor. All windings should read the same. If the motor ohms out good, and you have high and your control voltage to the module, replace the module.
