Killed many turkeys over the years. Always just cut off the section of leg with the spurs and threw the rest away. While I was dressing my last bird this year an idea came to me. Or at least I think it did. May have seen something like it before but no idea when or where. Decided to dry the legs in a standing position the make this out of them. I kinda like the way it turned out.
