Doeslayer44 OP 4 point D Joined: Nov 2016 Posts: 682 Alabama	We are in need of one member to fill our club. Roughly 1200 acres. 8 members total. 13 food plots. It’s timber company land pines with hardwood bottoms. We do not have a camp area yet but working on it. $2500 will get you deer turkey and it has hogs that come and go off property. We will be harvesting 31/2 year old buck minimum. The land hasn’t been hunted in 2 years legally. It has a great deer population. With great potential. He said it's timber company land and that's cheap for a Rayonier or RMS lease in a good area. Heck, Rayonier had a 77 acre lease split in half by HWY 21 in south Wilcox the other day, nothing but planted pines, that they got $23/acre for. Ridiculous.
