Ran over my dam fishing pole this morning. Bass pro should give me a new one right? It's only a couple years old. Depends did it include a tactical flashlight and ran over with a humvee?

If Academy's return policy is the way it used to be, they'd probably take it and give you a store credit. I worked at the Tuscaloosa one briefly in college and, at least at that time, they had a "No Questions Asked" return policy. Guy brought in a fishing rod that he'd broken 8-10" off the end. Of course there was no receipt and this clearly wasn't even remotely new. Better yet, it was a brand that Academy didn't even sell, pretty sure I remember it being something specific to Walmart. Manager gave him a store credit and he walked out with a brand new rod/reel combo.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft

Sounds like a good way to go out of business.

Sounds like stealing to me (actually it is)
