I fished Hatchet creek this morning. I caught 9 total and missed
two more. I know one is a stripe but the other is less pronounced.
Stripe also?

WAAAAYYY back in the very late 80's / early 90's when we were teenagers we used to put in at Goodwater and float down to an old dam/spillway, then we'd troll back up the creek to the truck. We'd use buzzbaits and trick worms, and every trip without fail one of us would catch a 5+ pound bass.

We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.

I love paddling around hatchett. I grew up about 15mins from Kelly's Crossroads so I spent a ton of time down around double bridges.

It's been a few years but I think that I've been to the dam you're talking about. We went to it by land and shot gar off of it with our bows.

Glad you had a good trip. What did you catch them on Mark?

Thomas Jefferson. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Life is too short to only hunt and fish on weekends!

If being a dumbass was fatal some of you would be on your death bed!

Is this area up close to Coosa WMA , off Hwy 22?

It's not how much money you make, but how much you can keep.
