trying to help our local NWTF guy out and get enough pre orders to cover the tractor trailer load of NWTF seed. Pick up point is in Ensley 5 minutes west of downtown Bham and he has forklift to load you with.
Milo and soybeans are $10 a bag no limit.
Round up ready corn is $40 a bag and a limit of 5 iirc. On the corn you have to supply yours or a buddies NWTF membership # and sign for it.
As of last count here is what was available and unspoken for .
Corn 34 bags
Milo 210 bags.
Soybean 200 bags.
Anyone who wants some can reply here or pm me with QTY wanted and your name and cell # and I will pass it along to him and he can contact you from there.
Due to a lot of people last year who ordered and then never showed to pick up and pay leaving him sitting on a bunch of seed paid for out of his pocket all orders will have to be pre paid with either cash or can mail in a check to him.
This is a super price on the seed. The same round up ready corn at the co op is running $175 a bag.

I've order from this guy for the past several years, good guy to deal with. Please spread the word, I really need my seed :-) Agreed, super nice guy and he does this and doesnt make a dime off it. Takes up a lot of his time to do this and he fronts the $ out of his pocket for the order. With all the people close to Bham this should be a easy sale and help this guy out.

.Those who wanted seed the corn is in. Soybeans should be coming if the NWTF agrees to send a short order. Milo is probably going to be cancelled due to not even coming up with half a order of sales on it. Contact Chris at the # I gave to all who wanted to place orders

Are these 40lb bags? Or 50lb? Seed corn isn't sold by the pound anymore. It's all seed count now. It's typically pretty close to 50 lbs though.

I have tried several times over the years to find a local chapter with zero success. They may have been stuck with loads of seed themselves like this guy was last year and not offer it anymore. To me its a shame that in central alabama you arent able to sell 1 truck load of $10 seed. I guess that shows ya just how little summer planting goes on.
