Not sure what to do if it don't but I can gar-own-tee that it won't go to waste!! This started life as an 8.4lb boneless butt Off the smoker, sliced and packaged. I'll be frying some tomorrow morning as will CT. Taste test results to follow...... I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time. NRA Life Member

It only takes 1 hour for the internal temp to reach 160 when I keep the grill at 220. Next batch will be done at 200. The only wood that I had was mesquite so that's what I used.
