Pop top cap off, pull top gear out, line up motor head straight and pedal level, reinstall top gear, replace cap. 10min tops

Thanks BC. I will be trying tomorrow. That has been driving me nuts. You're welcome. There's a couple videos on YouTube that will explain it even better. You might have to adjust the tension on the cable also.
