I was going to sell my A-Bolt .270 to Teacher One but he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.
It’s a stainless synthetic lightweight Ruger Hawkeye in 7mm/08. I had the Bushnell scope. Fixing to fire a couple to see what she’ll do. I really like the way this gun feels.
I guess I’ve come full circle. All this trading BS I’ve done started with me trading a Ruger Frontier in 7mm/08. Oh, and Teacher One is a great guy. Wish it hadn’t been raining and we could have visited longer.

It’s home, guys!
You’ve heard me say it before.
I really mean it this time.
I didn’t know a model like this existed. What I was looking for all along and didn’t know it.

It looks like my M77 308 which is my favorite deer rifle. If it hasn’t been done put a trigger in it and will be even better.

Trigger is not bad. One of the better triggers for a Ruger I’ve seen.

What he's not telling you is that gun doesn't have a mark on it! We met at Cabelas in a soaking rain and AC is good company to have around. Hopefully this will take care of his shooting problems. No money exchanged hands-We just swapped toys. That is what friends are for, and I consider myself fortunate to have found a new friend! Lots of good folks on here helping others out.

Good luck.

Well, I’ve been known to “swap” a little.
I ordered a Weaver Classic 6x to put on this gun.
Looking forward to it arriving.
Got to buy some ammo.

Exactly!

So it’ll be a Ruger Hawkeye 7-08, a Weaver Classic 6x, and 16 rounds of ammo to trade

Torque the angle screw to between 85 and 95 inch pounds and you have a one holer.

You wouldn't happen to have or want to buy a Franchi Affinity 20gauge and sell it to me in 30-90days or so, would you?

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?
