I have two leases in the Midwest with member openings. 3,400 acres in Bates County, MO. Land is mix of soybean, corn, pasture, timber and CRP. Excellent whitetails and turkey hunting. Best bucks killed last year were a 172" and a 181". And a 198" and a 235" were killed in the vicinity. Limited to 6 total members. 7,000 acres in Cheyenne County, KS. Land is mix of alfalfa, corn, milo, timber along Republican River, pasture and CRP. World class mule deer and whitetails. Excellent pheasant and turkey hunting. Includes a furnished house on the farm. Best whitetail killed last season was a 177" with several 190-200 class bucks seen out of bow range. Limited to 8 members. Both managed for high end QDM.
