Any Busy Bee convenience store you can find.
There is one just off I-10 near Live Oak, FL that has the finest public bathrooms I've ever seen. Full length doors on the stalls like in Europe. Big screen tv's all over the place. Really posh, and kept spic and span clean.
They even have billboards on the interstate before the exit advertising their bathrooms...they call them "Taj Ma-Stalls".

I'm a big fan of taking a load off at church. I guess that's a public enough place. ..."casting out demons"

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

When I was in school at UNA the third or fourth floor of the library was a ghost town. That was before smart phones so you had to find paper reading material before you went in. You also had to use your imagination if you wanted to ..... Nevermind. Now days if it's before 10am hit up a taco Bell cause no one goes there for breakfast, after 10am Hardee's cause people only go there for breakfast Top floor of Bidgood Hall at UA was my spot for 3 or 4 years. It was a ghost town most of the time.

chic fila is usually a solid choice i agree but they need to add more Crapper’s. Just one for all those people is crazy. I stay in the road working every day. McDonald’s and gas stations are the worst for the most part. I have found the Georgia rest areas very clean

I haven't read the thread, but my answer is based on lots of travel experience. Restrooms at Publix or the lobby/pool area restroom at a nice hotel (during the day during the week) are the best places to drop a load when on the road. Very little use. I have no issues stopping at a Hampton Inn, one of the various nicer Marriott Brands, Holiday Inn Express, etc...

Publix - excellent, big stalls with handrails, hooks on the door so you can undress like George Costanza, plenty of paper
After completion and washing your hands, drop by the deli to get some fried chicken legs and tater wedges.
