Kids were at beach for a few days last week and caught a bunch of grunts, porgy, sand perch, etc. We did a low carb fish fry with almond four and a bit of corn meal with an egg wash first.

Great stuff.

I did one with crushed up pork rinds (plain, not flavored) and a little almond flour.

I love my country, but don't trust my government.

What do you estimate the net carbs at with the corn meal? I could guess but you know what you used and how much stuck.

I got no idea boss. I probably used 1.5 cups of almond flour and maybe 2-3tbsp of corn meal, fried in avocado oil. I've done a bunch of fish fry over the years and this one was one of the best

Nice! We use almond flour mixed with Parmesan cheese when we do a low carb fry. A double batter is a must to help it stick.
