I have a client that has an older mobile home on the property and needs it moved so we can sell it. I'm not exactly sure of the condition but he was living in it until recently when he had to be put into an assisted living community. Might make a good hunting camp for somebody. Buyer pays to have it moved, we've gotten quotes in the $2000-2500 range. The mobile home is located off Baptist Campground Rd in Northport, AL
