I prefer charcoal but I don’t see why some of y’all bother since you’re eating them raw anyway. Steak Tartar is one of my favorites.

I thought you only used Italian dressing for marinade?

soak them in a cooler of ice and salt for about 3 days. then get grill ready to cook...cook 15 minutes each side, charred then cover with ketchup. yum You left out the Zesty Eye Tallion dressing.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I thought you only used Italian dressing for marinade? Don't start no trouble!

Medium rare over Royal Oak. That looks like a CB940. I have no clue what it is...or was. Lol! It’s been backed into with a truck. Bricks under one leg that is rusted out...but I know how it cooks. Kind of scared to get a new one. Some chicken breast I smoked on it.
