Has one bedroom with homemade bunk beds, a couch that makes into a bed, and two cubby hole beds that will sleep medium sized persons or can be used for storage. It is not a self contained trailer - no water or waste holding tanks. Water works with a hose hookup and plumbing goes to wherever you want. We have in the past pumped water from a barrel.
