I've got at least 575duzen jigs & spinnerbaits that need replacement skirts. Who has the best quality at reasonable prices?

I've done all of my own for years.. fishingskirts.com has the best selection and lowest prices for silicone. Buy you a cheap skirt tool and go to town making them. Really easy and economical. Takes me about a minute to make one.
