I have one made by council tool on a 30" hickory handle it will get through some thick tangles. I'd hate to have someone swinging one of these son of a guns at me!

Some folks call it a Kaiser blade. I call it a sling blade. It's just a long handle, kindly like an axe handle. With a long blade on it shaped kinda like a bannaner. Umhmm. Sharp on one edge, and dull on the other. Umhmm. It's what the highway boys use to cut down weeds and whatnot.

I always heard those called a bush axe. This is what I always heard called a sling blade.

Them things are just dangerous. I should have added that I attached a loop of paracord to the handle to go around my wrist. You could mess yourself up if it slipped out of your hand.

Handle broke after weathering in the back of the truck for 10 years so I had to Improvise. Dang things dangerous now.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

That is just a common bush hook that Mangler has with a t-ball handle It is but half the size of a regular bush ax. That Swedish brush ax looks stout.
