I sincerely hope someone just kills this POS and saves us from housing his lame arse for 30 years This. The kids family should get to decide what the punishment is. Life without parole or the next 20 years on death row is insane. Bind him up, put a noose around his junk and make him stand barefoot on an elevated griddle. Turn the griddle on high and let him dance. Go ahead and place his fiery perch about 3 feet above a pool of gators and cottonmouths while we're at it.

its sickening but it happens. i grew up in prattville and a girl i rode the bus with got kidnapped and killed. i think her name was shannon palk Dang, we prolly went to school together. The Paulk case has always been very disturbing to me living in this city. Makes me wonder if the bastard is in this city walking around a free man amongst us probably so i went to prattville until about 2005 and then i moved to tuscaloosa and graduated in 07 If I remember right , wasn't she living in a trailer park on hwy 31? Also, no one was ever charged for her murder .
