I don't know how far you are from Range(exit 77 on 65) but there was a 4 row unit for sale. I think it's the guy who owns Range Forestry Service. Unless it sold since feb 3 it was still there when we passed on our way home.

I saw the planter Mr. Robert is talking about. I didn't walk up to it but it looked in good shape. The one on 41 in range is a pull type if I remember correctly. I'm sure it's Mr. Birch's. He quit planting cotton last year and had his equipment for sale. There is also an 8 row planter sitting in one of the fields that he planted. It's a red one. Not a JD. It's just north of his house on 41.

Look online at RDH Outdoors. He does exactly what is mentioned above by buying big implements and cutting them down to "food plot" size. The stuff he sells is top of the line after he finishes with them. I just bought a JD 7100 max emerge no till 2 row planter from him with dry fertilizer attachment.

You need to take the above advise and loot at a 4 row 7000 or 7200 you could pull that no problem even with full fertilizer hoppers. You'll be farming next level with that vs. the old 71's because you can run it no-till.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Guy does this in Batesville, MS too. I've bought 2 from him so far. A 2 row and a 4 row. He advertises on CL and he's legit.
