There is one called Deer Cutters in Westover. It is right on HWY 280 outside of Chelsea. Some friends use them and say they are very good. You might want to call them and see what requirements they have for dropping deer off. If I remember correctly, they don't take anything with guts or hide. I think it has to be quartered already.

I have used both of the ones mentioned.
Game Cutters in McCalla is pretty good. It is not the cleanest establishment, but they have their advantages. 1. They are better priced than Deer Cutters. 2. You can take a whole deer, gutted deer, or skinned deer. The more work you do, the cheaper it is. The bad is 1. They do not offer various specialties such as summer sausage and jerky and 2. I took a buck to them and asked them to cape it out that took a few weeks just to get the head back. Once I got it back and took it to the taxidermist, he said that they had cut a hole in the hide while caping it and rot had set in; therefore, I had to purchase another hide from the taxidermist to get the mount done.
Deer Cutters in Westover 1. Has a great variety in cuts and specialties such as jerky and summer sausage. The bad is that you just about can't get away without spending $100 whatever you choose. Also, they only accept skinned deer no exceptions. I showed up last season and dude showed up with a small doe and he had to skin it on his tailgate before they would take it. I talked to the owner and they said that they just didn't have the manpower to take deer any other way. One plus is that it is very clean and you get your deer and not a mix.
There is another place called Billy's in Alabaster, but I have never used them. I hear they are good as well and his taxidermy office is next door in case you want to get one processed and mounted in the same trip.

What has already been said about Deer Cutters is spot on! They are one of the cleanest processors I have been in, and as mentioned you get your deer and it does have to be quartered. Which, if you kill it you ought to have to clean and quarter it yourself. In my opinion.

I would not take one to Buck N Nanny, unless you like funky tasting meat that might or might not be yours.
