What is the best and most affordable push mower?

One that has rubber wheels, if you can find one. Have a Toro personal pace. Good mower, sorry plastic wheels.
Matt Brock wears knock-off Crocs.

I have had my Honda going on the 4th season. All I do is change the oil and air filter once a year and sharpen blades as needed. So far no issues. I have 2 Hondas. One is over 30 years old and the other is over 15 years old. Change oil, sharpen blades, clean carburetor every so often. Good to go.

I forgot I change the spark plug also and run non ethanol gas through it.

Honda is the best, not necessarily, the most affordable.

had a Honda self-prop for a long time -- easiest cranking mower, and always worked like a champ
