Coosa1 OP SOA Professional Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 4,589 Coosa County, AL	Threw a roast with some onions and portabellas in the crock pot yesterday morning before work. Took it out, shredded it up and made mushroom & swiss sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls with some spicy mustard. Good stuff. Also put a little jerky in the oven to dry for this weekends camping trip.

Darrylcom 8 point Joined: Jul 2015 Posts: 1,833 Alabaster, AL	I used to buy the seasoned meatballs from Publix in the meat dept and smash them flat and eat them on those rolls as sliders. Wife would cut them open, butter and toast and melt the cheese.
