Set up and ready for some mid day action. These deer at Freedom Hills WMA have been moving mid day, so that’s what I have to do to adjust. I hate hunting this time of day. I’m set up on trails, honeysuckles, beds and buck sign everywhere. Not much shooting room in here, but that’s what they like. The thicker the better. It sure felt good to sleep in. Getting down at 1:15 due to work. Good luck y’all.

Two weeks days two weeks nights rotating shift. 2 on 2 off 3 0n 2 off 2 on 3 off. The wonders of plant life.
It is hard to kill or catch anything sitting on the couch!

2 steps away from killing a huge 8 this am at 15 yds...saw a bunch during the all day sit with a lot mid day as well...amazing how shook up you get after such an encounter though! My arms were flailing with Adrenaline even though I didn’t even get s shot lol
