If you live in South Alabama, you been hearing about this new gas station at the Beach Express Highway off I-10, Buc-EEs or something like that. Has like 120 pumps. Huge place. Out of Texas. So I am driving past today going to shoot doves. There is a traffic jam getting into the place. Coming home this afternoon, the parking lot is slam full. I realize some people have strange wants, and this was opening weekend I think, but I wouldn't waste a minute going to a doggone gas station just to look around. People are strange.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

So it's a truck stop with a bunch of gas pumps. They have the variety of Walmart, the merchandising of Publix and the customer service of Chik Fil A. They are a retail monster and will close the doors of many competitors wherever they open.

When I go to a gas station, all I want is cheap gas and the occasional cup of coffee. Same here...this sounds like a goldarn "experience"....

I've been to several in Texas. It is not your typical gas station. Tons of food options and merchandise. People go there to eat. For a gas station, it's a different planet. Word is one is coming to Moody at the Bass Pro Shop/Barber's Motorsport Park exit.
