If so you need to immediately drain the oil an go from there. I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. USA	1st thing to do is : drain that oil now ! then next take the spark plug out and leave that oil plug out for now. pull rope cord at least 10 times and listen, make sure nothing is hanging up . now attach spark to wire lay up top of cylinder on metal part watch to see if you have spark ,don`t touch it while pulling cord over make sure ignition switch is on too when doing this.now if this stuff is fine. put oil plug ,put new oil in,now pull cord again 5 times so its reoil coated.,now install spark plug correctly and see if engine turns over.if engine turns over but does not fire ,pull spark plug again put in spark plug hole a table spoon of gas quickly and quickly get plug back in and see right away if engine fires.good luck

We had one under water a couple of weeks ago and drained everything. We also winched it up in the air so we could tilt it while draining oil. It sat under water for about 45 minutes while I walked out and found a guy at a construction site running a skid steer. He pulled me out. Naturally, it wouldn’t crank. I changed all the fluids, including gas, pulled the spark plugs and turned it over a few times until the water quit spitting out the top. Squirted a little wd40 in each piston and let it sit a while. Turned it over again, again without the plugs. Put new plugs in it and it fired right up. If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.-Mark Twain
