Ain't no way I'll go to a restaurant the first few weeks.. maybe even a couple months. Been to a few that still didnt have it together after a few months... told the wife they'd be shut down within a month and the local ones were that we visited. Ain't no restaurant out there can withstand bad customer service and bad food for long term that's two things you gotta have together.

Opening a new restaurant can be real hell if your not experienced at doing it. Most mom and pop restaurants don’t have the ability to send off employees to get trained or to spend weeks training them before opening night. So they open with completely green crew that barely know where the bathroom is and they get slammed right out of the gate. I hope it doesn’t ruin them. Never get a second chance to make a first impression. The best advice I could give them is to limit there seating. It’s going to send the wait time through the roof but atleast they can give good food and service to the people that are seated. People may leave because the waiting list is too long but they’ll usually come back to try it another night.

The wife , kids, and I ate there after church. We got seated right away. I ordered the bison steak. It was great. Wife ordered the white chocolate chicken. She loved if. Kids ate chicken fingers and cheese burger. Service was great and food was hot.

Will definitely go back. Been hearing good things about the elk steak so I will try it next
