Ok. On paper, Bama is the better team and should win. But it will be like last night and there will be a lot of ebb and flow, up and downs, and I don't know what the line is so I'll reserve my comments to this for now: if the line is 14 or more, Bama will not cover.
Bama has got to control their emotions in this game. We will be tested again and if players loose their cool like they did against OU, that will cost us the game. That had a huge impact on the last matchup when we gave them 30 yards in penalties on the final winning drive. A personsal foul and a pass interference call put them inside the 5 for a chance to win against our gassed defense. Got to play with better discipline than last night or we lose.
And somebody please put a blanket on Renfroe's azz all night!!

Please no more fair catches on the 20yd line when the other team kicks off from the 10 TD line. I think it was actually the other receiver communicating to the guy that caught the ball in a way that said "hey, you catch this ball." Unfortunately, it was a bonehead decision that the official had no option but to rule that fair catch signal had been given. He had a lot of green in front of him and surely could have added 20 or so yards to the catch. Heck, he maybe could have broken it for a TD. We'll never know. Line is supposed to be 6.5 Sounds about right. Dr. B

I think Alabama will win if they can clean up the stupid penalty issues that cost them additional points and Tua plays like he did for most of the game against Oklahoma. Saban will watch film of Clemson and be prepared. Don't know that he'll destroy them like last year but he could despite the doubters and critics. It was his destiny to leave the Dolphins and come to AL and it's his destiny to surpass Bear Bryant. This is someone who learns from mistakes. Sure it's football and anything could happen. Old Dabo could put something together but I think Saban's got experience on his side. Plus they have Hurts if it truly goes south. I can't see this team losing with Hurts as X factor should something happen to Tua. It truly wouldn't surprise me if Saban wins 7, 8, or maybe even 9 before retiring as the greatest college football coach ever.  Bama vs Clemson was this year 😀 I agree they have to clean up the penalties & mistakes...

Bama will be OK. They still scored on every drive but 2. I don't think Clemson, will be able to get as many stops as Bama. Last night, was the matchup that scared me. This year's Clemson, is not the team that Bama faced the last 3 years.
