what kind of dumb sob puts a collar on a deer? but Fred ,,,,, it's a pet .  ha, many years ago a fella called me about his pet yard buck with a collar. Seems the deer had slipped his lower jaw under the collar, got it stuck and went bat chitt panic crazy. I drove up there and sedated the deer and took the collar off. Told him to not EVER put a damn collar on a deer EVER again.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
