Sounds good and all..........but..... The SCOTUS ruled years ago on this and unless this Texas judge can trump that decision. It's just a bunch of all feel good noise.

Different time now. He ruled on it based on the mandate being removed. It’ll probably head back to the Supreme Court, if Trump even allows the DOJ to defend it.

Yes but that was because it was deemed a TAX THEN since it was mandatory.

NOW it has changed, as mandatory participation has been changed and it is no longer mandatory...therefore it is NO LONGER a TAX . Taxes ARE Mandatory.

Therefore the original Supreme Ct finding of it being a tax will probably be revisited, and since it is no longer mandatory..then it will no longer be considered a tax. That is the WHOLE reason why this TX judge found it unconstitutional.

It may be revisited and it may not. The SCOTUS picks what they wanna hear not what we wanna send em. They receive close to 10K request a year yet only review 70-80 of them. No guarantee this even gets to them. Smoke and mirrors.

Federal law requires anyone who comes into an ER the right to be treated regardless of ability to pay. But they refuse to fund this mandate.

Not really true. The two bills that the president and Congress was pushing were just as bad as the current Obamacare. It wouldn't have helped at all. Both parties are for the ACA because it makes them money and they aren't forced to live under it like we are.
