Is that the same John Biggs that owns the welding shop on 10/Camden Bypass just east of Mcdonalds Grocery. If so, he's a really good guy too. He came in on a Sunday morning this past year to do a repair weld for me when I was up there planting. If it is the same guy and I'm pretty sure it is, Venison Creations is in good hands and I would highly recommend. I think that is Park Harris, but not positive. He has a processing facility there also, but I think it's called something else. Possum Bend, best I recall. I've heard good things about Possum Bend Sausage. Can't speak to it personally though.........yet.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Clint I have used two deer processors in Selma. Central Alabama which Jawbone mentioned. Jamey does good work and has been reasonable on price. The only product I got from him that was terrible were his snack sticks. That has been at least 2 years maybe 3, so he could have corrected the issue by now. The other processor I used was Nichols. He made a snack stick that was pepper jack cheese that was just as good as the ones I have made up north. I was pleased with their service the few times I used them.

Nichols does good work and pricing is about the same as Central Alabama. The reason I prefer Central Alabama is that he vacuum packs the meat whereas Nichols still used butcher paper. Mine just kept longer in the vacuum packing.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

How did you end up doing? I have my hunt scheduled for 12/27-12/30 Dad killed a 125 lb 5.5 year old doe. And i killed time. I had a nice 9 pt in my crosshairs at 40 steps the last morning but it was borderline legal so i passed up on him. He was a very pretty deer.

What stipulations would make a nine point borderline illegal?
