Coosa1 OP SOA Professional Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 4,583 Coosa County, AL	Has anyone been able to register for the SOA turkey hunts? It was supposed to open up yesterday. I can see the hunts when I'm not logged in but once I log in they disappear. I wonder if they aren't available because I drew a deer hunt. But then again I thought that they made all the hunt types separate this year so that one wouldn't count against the other.

Hevishot13 14 point Joined: Apr 2015 Posts: 7,823 North Alabama	When I got drawn for a deer hunt, it was worded as if you select a hunt, you are disqualified from any other hunts. I turned it down so that I wouldn’t ruin my chances on a duck hunt. I didn’t get drawn for ducks lol

For some reason I was thinking that they made the registrations on different days this year because they were separating them by hunt type so you wouldn't be DQed for a turkey hunt if you got drawn for deer. It looks like I'm totally wrong though because I still cant see the turkey hunts. Oh well

So I'm guessing that getting selected for a deer hunt doesn't disqualify you for the turkey hunts. To God Be The Glory!
