For bibs and jacket look at Arctic Shield. This company started out making clothes for folks that work in refrigerated businesses.

I have a set of NatGear Bibs, but it never really gets cold enough to wear em.
I'd have to guess Carhartt would be pretty dang good stuff, my son and I have
4 flavors of their jackets/coats that apparently will never wear out.

I know it's not exactly answering your question. And I'm sure you already one this but, proper layers make a huge difference. I start with a quality Merino wool base layer. Something at least 200gm and up. Smart wool and Ice Breaker are 2 great companies. Then an insulation layer of windstopper fleece, or goose down if conditions are dry. Then am outer layer of primaloft or something with a Gore Tex lining, and a Merino outer works great. Absolutely no cotton or anything that fits too tight. The goal of insulation is to trap the air. Good clothes are expensive, but they last forever. I'm 44 years old and I still have a Browning Hydrofleece jacket I bought when I was 19 or 20 years old. I've had the sleeves resewn a couple of times, but it still works and the Gore Tex is still dry. Also if you qualify for Leo Adventures.com you can Sitka stuff for 40% off just about always.

I sold my walls coveralls they were too hot. actually my go to gear is not cabelas berber, but instead I reach for the game winner coveralls. I prefer cotton over synthetic materials and its been proven that the synthetic stuff glows in the dark to deers eyes at dusk and dawn. I was thinking today about how complicated its getting just to dressup for hunting I have the whole garage turned into a dressing room. I might just go back to one pair of coveralls like I used to do

I agree with anything with permaloft but it is all pretty $$$$.

There are some hot blooded folks on here with the cold as it gets in AL I just wear long johns and a sweatshirt or never gets cold enough in AL to wear it. Or they don't hunt when it gets cold or in a shooting house with a heater. Last winter first part of January when it was 10-15 every morning with a high of that didn't get above freezing a couple days and pretty windy I had on the warmest stuff I had while sitting on the side of tree and I never got hot once and I would bet money neither did anyone else that was in a tree stand them days.

If you're gonna be stupid you better be tough.

Sitka fanatic. Don’t try to buy anything Sitka this season though. Everyone is sold out. It’s worth what they charge to me. I have the fanatic bibs and the incinerator jacket. I’m trying to find the fanatic jacket but guess i will have to hold off till next year. It was 24 degrees this morning with a 3-5 mph wind and i sat from 5:45 till 10:00 and never got cold. All i was wearing was underarmour 2.0 base layer and the bibs and jacket.

Yeah c’mon. Daniel White

After typing this i feel i should add more. I think a lot of people sweat in their gear on their way in and never realize it and then they get cold. I never wear all my gear into the woods but i usually have a long steep walk to my hunting spots. When i started my walk this morning i was wearing a long sleeve t shirt and my under armor bottoms which are basically nothing. I was sweating a little and pretty warm when i got to my tree so as cold as it was, i climbed the tree wearing only the under armour bottoms and a harness. I put all my clothes on in the treestand. That is really the best way to stay warm.

Yeah c’mon. Daniel White
