I didn't get a pic of em, but maybe some of y'all know what kind of oak it is. It is in the white oak family, has leaves that look like a water oak, and has really small acorns but deer love em. I see them mainly on upland areas.

Had a pile of them on a place I hunted in Boligee. They were everywhere in that prairie. I don’t know that I ever saw one of them produce acorns. They were all around the creepy church I got stuck by one afternoon....
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........
