I have froggtoggs and they are warm as heck. I use the footwarmers you stick to your socks to keep feet warm and have no problem with me feet which tend to be the coldest on me.

The breathables are best but are more expensive, generally speaking. If you are wanting to go cheaper, get a 3.5 mm neoprene and you can add layers if you are standing in frozen water.
