I’m not in the market anytime soon, but I was thinking today what I’d like my next gun to be. I think I’d like an older blued and wood Remington Model 7 in .308 to match my Model 7 in .243. I dunno how rare they are but I don’t really recall seeing this gun in this caliber in gunshops much. I had a couple Ruger American Compacts in .308 and I really like that round. If I can’t find a Model 7, I might look for a Browning A-Bolt in .308. What gun is on your wish list?

Great thread topic AC....Either a Montana Rifle Co X3 or Kimber Montana in .280AI...possibly a Winchester FWT in 7x57 if it were the right one

I bought my "next gun" last week. I like your style 257!! I want something in 280 Rem.
I've got an unfired Rem700 LSS in .280Rem that I could possibly be convinced to let go of but it'd take a big ol' fella threatening me or a mighty nice stack of Ben Franklins

Just one? I have 3 on my list. Want to get a Ruger American ranch in 7.62x39, a ruger pc carbine, and a glock g40 MOS. There are many others I want but those are realistically what I will end up with soon.

I was hoping to have my .260 put together by this season but it’s here and the fun funds hasn’t allowed. Essentially a 700 TI clone in a nutmeg mountain rifle stock. I’ve got everything together glass, trigger, stock, action everything but the barrel and getting it done. This thread might make sell a few things ha!!
Also wouldn’t mind having a 10mm 1911

If I can’t find a Model 7, I might look for a Browning A-Bolt in .308. What gun is on your wish list? A few years ago about the time they came out with the Abolt3, I bought a 22" barrel stainless Abolt ll in .308 from bass pro for a steal, we're talking less than 400$ NIB. To top it I bought, a used Burris Eurodiamond 3x12x56 with the #4 illuminated dot reticle. I have been in love with this gun since I put it together. I have tried to cheat on her but everything about it feels right for me. It is just a short and handy, great set up gun with a fantastic performing scope for my needs. It has put several on the wall and I couldn't be happier. but I would like to give a bar short track a try, just for comparison if I run up on one. I'd probably end up with the lil Abolt though.

I've been thinking about a 450 Bushmaster upper for the last couple of weeks. Don't know why I've suddenly got that itch but if I had the time to get one built, scoped and sighted in before firearms season I would probably have it.

Been wanting one of those Marlin Lever guns. Stainless with laminate stock, with the oversized loop.
Can't remember the model. Oh, and in 45-70 or 450.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.
